EPC Solutions provides a suite of software to meet all the requirements of the Domestic Energy Assessor.

Unique embedded calculation engine

Developed entirely in-house and available for both PDA and PC, EPC's unique software combines the Energy Performance Certificate survey with a BRE-approved RDSAP calculation engine for immediate display of the EPC, and is fully Microsoft compatible.

Three modular components: one solution

Pocket EPC allows a DEA to complete the survey on a PDA and calculate the EPC whilst still on the premises. This permits on-site checking, reducing paperwork and eliminating any need for revisits. The survey can then be submitted to Landmark via a SIM card, wireless network or Bluetooth.
Energy Reporter caters for DEAs and Estate Agents who do not use a PDA. Survey data is collected for subsequent calculation on a desktop PC. As with Pocket EPC, the software calculates the EPC immediately and it is submitted to Landmark over the Internet.
The highly customisable portal, hosted by EPC Accreditation, offers a number of management functions and is the access point for submission of EPCs to Landmark for certification. It enables the DEA to receive survey requests, book surveys, send completed surveys direct to Landmark and archive completed surveys. It is the most sophisticated end-to-end solution available and is remarkably easy to use.
