Stewart Conway, BSc (Hons) FEI

Stewart is a qualified professional building surveyor with over 30 years experience, a Fellow of the Energy Institute, and formerly a Carbon Trust accredited energy auditor.

He has considerable experience providing services that focus on the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) auditing in the public and private sectors.

Philip Perks MSc MCIBSE MEI

Philip Perks is a Building Services Engineer, with an MSc in construction project

management. He is an accredited energy assessor and low carbon energy assessor, with extensive experience in the construction industry.

Philip has worked as Validation Engineer for a number of major commercial and

governmental projects. He has also held mechanical and electrical design and

technical responsibility for single site and multiple site roll-out projects for blue chip clients.
