Stewart is a qualified professional building surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, a Fellow of the Energy Institute, and formerly a Carbon Trust accredited energy auditor.

He has considerable experience provided services focusing on the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) energy auditing in public and private sectors. Stewart has been responsible for producing Display Energy Certificates and Commercial Energy Performance Certificates for a number of Local Authorities.

Philip is a Building Services Engineer, with an MSc in construction project management. He is an accredited energy assessor and low carbon energy assessor, with extensive experience in the construction industry.

Philip has worked as Validation Engineer for a number of major commercial and governmental projects. He has also held mechanical and electrical design and technical responsibility for single site and multiple site roll-out projects for blue chip clients.
